Celebrating our agricultural heroes: Sponsorship opportunities now open for 36th annual Ag Appreciation Dinner
The Chamber in Hays, Kansas has announced the opening of sponsorship opportunities for the 36th Annual Ag Appreciation Dinner.
This event is set to take place at 5 p.m. Feb 29, and is an opportunity for the community to express their gratitude to the hardworking farmers and ranchers who are the backbone of life in Western Kansas.
Ag Appreciation is a night dedicated to celebrating those who work tirelessly to provide food for the heartland.
“Farming and ranching is not just a profession, however, it is a way of life,” said The Chamber in Hays, Kansas president and CEO Sarah Wasinger. “But this event is not possible without the support of many generous sponsors.”
“The 36th Annual Ag Appreciation is a testament to our unwavering commitment to the agricultural community that sustains Western Kansas. This event is a heartfelt 'thank you' to the farmers and ranchers who work countless hours to feed our local community, state, and beyond."
The chamber is excited to introduce a new, exclusive event title sponsorship package. The title sponsor will receive premium benefits, including a branded swag bag option, providing the official welcome at the event, a radio interview spot on The Morning Blend on 94.3 FM KAYS and more.
With this new sponsorship package, one business will be afforded an excellent opportunity to showcase its commitment to our agricultural community.
"The heart of Western Kansas beats with the dedication of our farmers and ranchers,” Wasinger said. “We invite businesses to join us in recognizing their invaluable contributions and show how we can grow and thrive together."
In addition to the title sponsorship, other sponsorship opportunities have returned from previous year’s events.
"Our Grower, Cultivator, and Barnraiser sponsorship levels provide businesses with diverse options to express their gratitude to our agricultural heroes,” Wasinger said. “Each level offers unique benefits that showcase your commitment to this vital industry."
Wasinger said the event itself again promises an unforgettable evening of appreciation, with dinner provided for all ticket holders, along with two drink vouchers for adults aged 21 and over. The highlight of the night will be a prize drawing made possible through the generosity of the event sponsors.
“Agriculture drives our Ellis County economy and community; it's an honor to host this event each year and give back to the families whose work never ends,” Wasinger said. “The 36th Annual Ag Appreciation Dinner is a night to remember, celebrate, and opportunity to say, 'thank you' in a big way."
“Sponsorships and donations of door prizes help make this event even more memorable and meaningful; the deadline to get involved is December 15," Wasinger said.
